Terms & Conditions

  1. POOSHAQ does not offer any ‘Returns’ for any of its products. We offer only “exchange.”.
  2. All products purchased from our site can be exchanged within 3 days only if:
  • The exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 3 days of the original order date. Please email pictures of the defective item to pooshaqgarments@gmail.com or call +92 321 8899886 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute. Pooshaq will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage; once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

  1. In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
  2. Discounted items cannot be returned / exchanged.
  3. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. POOSHAQ does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
  2. Customers paying via credit card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back; instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Pooshaq within the next 60 days.

3. Pooshaq may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or a credit card or PayPal payment is declined.

4. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  1. Pooshaq makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots, which may differ from the original products slightly.

2. Please bear in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from the actual item due to the lighting during the photo shoot, your device display settings, or the printing quality of the catalog and/or inlay cards.

3. All details of Pooshaq’s products are given on the website, and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review the product description before making an order.

CUSTOM STITCHING

1) Changes can be made within 2 days after order placement.

2) A custom stitched order might be delayed or may affect the delivery time due to the communication with the customer about the tailor suggestion

3) Custom-stitched orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty (not stitched as per customers requirement)

4) Custom Stitched Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of order placement

5) Strap lining or full sleeves lining falls under custom stitching and is requested while placing the order
